Abstract

During our ongoing surveys of freshwater fungi in Yunnan Province, two halosphaeriaceous species were collected from submerged wood. Based on their morphological characters and phylogenetic analyses of combined LSU, SSU and ITS sequence data, a new species Nais submersa and a new habitat record Natantispora unipolaris are reported. Descriptions and illustration of two taxa are provided.
