Abstract

As part of ongoing studies in Kalanchoe (Crassulaceae [subfam. Cotyledonoideae] tr. Kalanchoeae), evidence-based names are published for 12 new infrageneric nothotaxa, at the ranks of nothosubgenus (three), nothosection (one), and nothoseries (eight). The new names are discussed with reference to, especially, Articles H.3, H.5, H.7, and H.9 of the International Code of Nomenclature for algae, fungi, and plants.
