Abstract
Polycarpaea borae, a new species is described and illustrated here from Ralegansidhhi, Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra state, India. This new species is similar to Polycarpaea corymbosa, but differs in having narrow leaves, oblong stipules parted into three, oblong bracts longer than sepals, parted into two, bracteole absent, inconspicuous filaments spheroid, pubescent gynoecia, and 3–6 seeds, yellow to brown, with striated.
