Abstract

Taxonomic identity of Justicia diffusa var. hedyotidifolia is discussed and Justicia gambleana is reduced to the synonym. Detailed description, photographs, and distributional notes are provided. The lectotypification of Justicia diffusa var. hedyotidifolia is also discussed.
