Abstract
A new species collected from Jiaohe city of Jilin Province in China, Hemistropharia subalbocrenulata, is proposed. It is distinguished by a viscid and dark-brown pileus with whitish squamules, lamellae with crenulate edge, a whitish stipe with yellowish brown subfloccose to recurved scales, conspicuous pleurocystidia with flexuous neck, as well as large-sized spores. Detailed morphological descriptions, photographs and line drawings of the new species are presented. A Bayesian analysis based on the combined ITS and LSU sequence alignment is provided.
