Abstract

Six new species of Saussurea (Asteraceae, Cardueae) from eastern Himalaya, namely S. austrotibetica, S. bhutanensis, S. langpoensis, S. lhozhagensis, S. lhunzensis, and S. pagriensis are described and illustrated.
