Abstract

Five new species of Passiflora (Passifloraceae) endemic to Peru are described and illustrated: Passiflora luyensis, P. hexadenia, P. pilpintu, P. chachapoyensis, and P. coronapapillata. Conservation assessments and geographic distributions for each species are provided. They are compared to similar species and assigned to subgenus Decaloba section Decaloba.
