Abstract
Two new combinations viz. Pitardella kelantansis and Pitardella mussaendoides are made. Previously, the two taxa were variously assigned to Randia, Tarenna and Porterandia. The key differences between these genera are briefly discussed. In addition, a lectotype is designated for Pitardella mussaendoides.
