Abstract

The paper presents the first records of Cora dewisanti, C. elephas and C. hawksworthiana from Bolivia. The recognition of the three species was supported by molecular data. Phylogenetic analysis based on the internal transcribed spacer region (nuITS rDNA) clustered the Bolivian collections with sequences from previous worldwide collections. Detailed descriptions of morphology, anatomy, habitat and general distribution are presented for each species.
